Are you taking any time for yourself? 


  • Is there something you can do this week just for you?

  • I know you are filling everyone’s cup – we often forget to address our own needs at the same time. Is there something you can do for yourself this week? It needn’t cost much money. Sometimes something as simple as taking a long shower can help of calling an old friend can help.

  • Checking back in to see if they were able to do the thing they shared with you. How was it? Did you notice any changes in your mood after doing it? Why do you think that was? What can you do for yourself this week?
