What’s going right today? What’s going well? Just taking a little time each day to put our attention on what’s working can lift our moods when they are down. If you need some help thinking of some, here you go.
Is your baby fed?
Is your baby wearing clean clothes?
Did you call a therapist?

Did you eat some extra protein?
Did you talk to yourself in a kind way? Like you were a friend?
Did you walk away and count to 10 when you were angry?

Did you get to take a shower?
Did you get to poop by yourself?
Did you allow yourself to rest and let the dirty dishes stay in the sink?
